Join us for The Makers' Exchange! A unique Arts & Crafts Skills Fair created for the Aberdeen community, taking place on Saturday 25th April from 10am - 3.30pm, to celebrate the 110th anniversary of Erskine Veterans Charity, while raising money in aid Erskine Veterans Activity Centre North (EVAC North).
Located at the historic Aberdeen's Seven Incorporated Trades - Trinity Hall, with roots dating back to 1587. This special event is creating collaborations, creativity and community in a truly unique setting, surrounded by stained glass windows, wall art, tapestries and featured work from the seven trades, with unique breakout rooms for workshops, demonstrations and talks, Trinity Hall provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable day, uniting the local community in aid of EVAC North.
The Makers' Exchange offers a unique opportunity to try a new craft, discover a hobby, or refine existing skills without the stress of buying materials or working things out alone. Workshops are led by professional & knowledgeable individuals from the arts and craft industry, giving you the chance to learn in a supportive, practical environment.
On the day you can enjoy:
Workshops session include:
-Morning - Felting (suitable for age 16+), Pencil Drawing Skills, and Kids Build-A-Bear.
-Afternoon - Crocheting, Pencil Drawing Skills, Jewellery Making, and Graffiti-Style Can & Vinyl Art.

We will also be hosting a dedicated Erskine exhibition and quiet space in one room. This gives you the opportunity to learn more about EVAC North, purchase official merchandise, enjoy free tea and coffee, and share feedback in a relaxed arts and craft setting, away from the bustle of the market.
Come along for community, art and crafts or to support a life changing charity that supports the whole of the Northeast Veterans and their families, all while supporting Futures For The Brave.

Please note this ticket just provides access to The Makers Exchange, further opportunities at extra price for interactive arts and crafts workshops, demonstration & talks in dedicated breakout rooms will be sold separately.
