RGU Graduation Ball 2026

Celebrate your graduation in style at the Graduation Ball 2026!

Tickets cost £74.95 each and will be available to buy from 12pm on Wednesday 15th April. We expect demand for this even to be high, so please start making your plans and arranging any group purchases to avoid disappointment.

TICKET SALES LAUNCHTicket sales will launch at 12pm on Wednesday 15th April. Please note there are no physical ticket sales outlets and all sales will take place through the SU website and our ticketing partner, Native.

TICKET PRICES & PLUS ONESTickets are priced at £74.95 for RGU students and 2025/26 graduates. You will be asked to enter your matriculation number when purchasing your ticket.

If you are purchasing multiple tickets (eg, for other members of a group) you must provide the matriculation numbers of each member of your group along with the names of any plus-ones/guests.

RGU students and 2025/26 graduates are permitted to buy a ticket for one non-student guest only. You must supply us with their name when booking.

TICKET PAYMENT PLANA payment plan is available for all ticket holders to let you spread the cost. Your first payment (50%) will be taken now, and your second payment (50%) will be taken on 1st June. You can select this option when you checkout.

GROUPSTo ensure you are sitting next to your friends, it is strongly advised that one person buys your tickets in the same transaction. If you are buying tickets separately then please nominate one person from your group to be the LEAD CONTACT. You will be asked to enter the name of the lead contact when booking your ticket(s), and our team will then match you up with the rest of your group when confirming seating plans.

BUYING TICKETSYou will be asked for the following details for each ticketholder when completing your purchase:

- Matriculation number- Dietary requirements (if applicable)- Access requirements (if applicable)- If you plan to sit together as part of a group, what is the name of the lead contact?- How many people are part of your group?

MATRICULATION NUMBERSYou must supply us with your matriculation number when purchasing your ticket. If you are purchasing multiple tickets, you must provide the matriculation numbers of each member of your group along with the names of any plus-ones.

TABLE CAPACITIESThe standard table size for our venue is 10 people. If you are part of a smaller group size please be aware that depending on demand some other ticket-holders may be allocated to your table to fill any vacant seats.

MENUWe are working closely with the venue to confirm the menu for this event. Please note any dietary requirements/allergies when booking your ticket(s) and our team will be in touch if there are any questions related to this.

AFTER PARTYYour ticket will also entitle you to priority entry to the Graduation Ball After Party at Prohibition.

NON ALCOHOLIC DRINKSYour ticket price includes a drink on arrival. If you do not drink alcohol, a soft drink or fruit juice alternative will be available.

TICKETS INCLUDEDrinks reception, complimentary drink on arrival, two course meal, ceilidh band and dancing, live DJ, party photo booth, candy stall, priority entry to after party.

SHUTTLE BUS TO CITY CENTREA shuttle bus will be available at the end of the event, picking up from the P&J Live and dropping off near Union Street in the city centre. To book your space on this shuttle bus please add the Bus Upgrade option below for any ticket holders who want to use this service.
